Elusive Shuttle Socks

There are some CRAZY socks out there. Anatomically correct bone socks, toeless socks (which look kinda cute in the photo), Union Jack socks, even Foot Kandy.

Every once in a while, I read about a tatter who has purchased novelty socks with shuttles on them. Who sells these?

Quilters have novelty socks: Quilters Socks
Knitters have novelty socks: Knitting Girls

Will one of the Palmetto Tat Days vendors have them?

The only place I've seen them was at Kathy Kirchner's booth at IOLI last year. I don't know if she lists them online, but you might contact her to see!

Once you are in contact, the socks cost $20 and you can order them by mail. They come in 2 colors but one size ~ medium

I was going to order some, and never got ‘round to it!

I bought tatting shuttle socks from Kathy through eBay for $8.80 plus shipping. They're wonderful socks - very soft, but haven't seen any signs of wear on them.

i think they're a wonderful idea, unfortunately, one-size-fits-all are too small for my feet.
